It represents the all course of project item is penetrated by cost management from the aspects of bidding period, project preparatory period, construction stage, and check and accept and maintenance period. Then it discusses the managements penetrated in all project is intimate correlated to cost management and does some introductions to the cost analysis in project execution. This will reach the purpose of improving economic performance and reducing cost.
