阐述了施工企业工程造价管理的必要性，从工程投标阶段、施工阶段、工程结算三阶段分述了做好施工企业工程造价管理工作的思路，并提出了工程造价资料收集和整理的方法，以供参考。
This paper illustrates the necessity of construction enterprises＇ construction cost management, discusses the concept to do well construction cost management work from the stages of bidding, construction and final estimate, and puts forward the method to gather and collect construction cost information, which to offer a reference.
