摘要
本文着重探讨了尼隆类复合纤纷的卷曲性能和卷曲机理以及影响卷曲性能的各种因素。介绍了PA66、PA6分别与共聚物COPA_1、COPA_2相搭配的对比试验,得出以PA66/COPA_1(910)的组分搭配获得最佳的卷曲效果;采用无水油剂纺丝,复合纤维的卷曲性能明显提高;随着拉伸倍数及热处理温度的提高,复合纤维的卷曲性能亦明显提高。
The crimp property and mechanism of sidc-by-side composite polyamide fibre based on various combinations: Nylon 6 and Nylon 66 with copolyamide (1) and co-polyamide (2) were investigated in this paper, taking into account of factors that affected the crimp property. It is calculated that the side-by-side composite fibre of Nylon 66 / co-polyamide (910) had the best crimp effect. The crimp property of component fibre increases evidently when non-aqueous spinning finish was used and also increases with the increase of draw ratio and temperature of the treatment.
