摘要
针对双相剑杆织机特点,在考虑单台织机运动配合的基础上,同时考虑左、右手二台织机的协调性,对其开口、打纬、引剑运动的协调配合进行了分析研究,并由此确定了有关参数,得以保证双相剑杆织机的正常运行。
In accordance with the characteristics of a two-phase rapier loom, based on the consideration of both the motion coordination of a single loom and the mutually coordinated movements between left & right-hand looms, the authors analyse the coordination of the two-phase rapier loom's shedding, beating-up and rapier-insertion motions. Therefrom the relevant parameters are determined and the normal operation of the two-phase rapier loom is ensured.
