摘要
目的:观察中药配合西药对AIDS致肝损伤患者的治疗效果。方法:门诊提取AIDS合并肝损伤患者78例,采用中医益气活血、健脾疏肝之法配合甘利欣或肝复肽静滴进行治疗。结果:78例中,生活质量提高者47例,有好转者26例,无改善者5例。结论:中西医结合治疗艾滋病合并肝损伤疗效肯定。
Objective： To observe the effect of AIDS complicating Hepatic injury with combined treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine. Methods： 78 cases of AIDS complicating Hepatic injury were treated with invigorate vital energy to promoting blood flow and invigorating spleen and soothing liver combined diammonium glycyrrhizinate. Results： There were 47 patients quality of life sublimating, 26 patients symptoms improved and 5 patients symptoms unimproved. Conclusion： There is therapeutic effect to AIDS complicating Hepatic injury with combined treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine.
