摘要
目的:通过观察糖尿病大鼠在福辛普利治疗前、后的心肌超微结构的改变以探讨福辛普利对心脏的保护作用。方法:大鼠20只用链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病模型后,随机分为福辛普利治疗组及糖尿病未治疗组,每组10只。观察用药前及用药5周后糖尿病大鼠心肌醋酸铀枸橼酸铅双染色后电镜下的超微结构的改变,并与正常组对照。结果:经过5周以后,糖尿病未治疗组大鼠的心肌Z线增宽,M线、H带模糊不清,肌纤维稀疏,肌丝扭曲,部分断裂。线粒体肿胀变形、嵴稀疏,排列紊乱,结构不清,心肌内微血管基底膜增厚,间质胶原纤维增生。福辛普利治疗组大鼠心肌细胞中,肌丝排列整齐,结构清晰,肌纤维无明显断裂,线粒体肿胀较未治疗组明显减轻,结构尚清晰,心肌内微血管基底膜较未治疗组薄。结论:应用福辛普利可延缓实验性糖尿病大鼠心肌结构的病理学进展。
OBJECTIVE To study the heart protective effect of fosinpril in diabetic rats. METHODS A total of 30 Sprague-Dawley rats were enrolled in the study, 10 of them were set as normal controls, others were treated to be the model of diabetes hy injecting STZ, and then randomly divided into fosinopril group and untreated group. Myocardial morphology was observed in all three groups after 5 weeks. RESULTS The Electronic microscopic findings showed that after the treatment of five weeks with Fosinopril, the heart pathological changes were markedly reduced as compared with those diabetic rats untreated by fosinopril. CONCLUSION Treatment with fosinopril can reduce the injury of the heart and prevent the structure of heart pathological progress in diabetic rats.
