摘要
真丝织物在室温下经改性剂BP-961浸压处理后能实现转移印花.印花样品的色泽及有关性能与转移印花的条件有关.适宜的转移印花温度范围是200~220C,时间为30~408,在此试验条件下进行转移印花,所得样品的染色牢度达到了国标一级或优级品标准;与漂白丝绸相比,干折皱回弹性几乎不变,湿弹有改善,而且手感柔软、滑爽、丰满,色彩柔和,花纹清晰.
The real silk fabric paded by an impregnant BP--961 could be processed by transfer printing perfectly. The colour fastness, softness, yellowness factor, crease recovery and dye uptake of the printing sample depend largely on the transfer printing temperature and time. The proper temperature and time are 200-220 ℃ and 30-40 s respectively.The properties of the sample made in the test conditions are of bright--colour, softhandle 1colour fastness to home washing reaches to first or excellent grade of National Standard and the wet--crease--recovery is improved.
