摘要
利用闲置设备Ｒ－ＢＯＸ汽蒸反应箱进行涤纶织物碱减量处理，可使碱减量产品获得良好的丝绸风格，而且能连续化生产。文中介绍了Ｒ－ＢＯＸ汽蒸反应箱的主要特点，应用于涤纶织物碱减量的具体工艺条件及效果，并指出了应注意的一些问题。
Polyester fabrics are endowed with excellent silky touch through alkaline deweighting treatment by idle steaming reaction box capable of continuous operation. This article describes the main features of the steaming R--Box, technical conditions for alkaline deweighting of polyester fabricsand its effectiveness, and POints out some problems to be noted.
