通过对山东热电联产机组的检测,介绍了评价热电联产机组的两项指标及其检测的方法;指出了在检测过程中发现的问题,并提出加强监督管理和健全引导政策,有效避免“以电定热”的“小火电”的回潮现象,真正发挥热电联产能源高效利用的特点。
