摘要
随着研究生招生规模的扩大,研究生就业出现了一定的难度。从近几年研究生就业现状出发,如实地提出一些问题并分析其原因,同时还给出解决这些问题的一些建议与措施。
With the enlargement of postgraduate recruit students, a certain difficulties has arisen on the postgraduate Job-Hunting. This paper briefly introduces the present conditions of Postgraduate Job-Hunting in recently years and analyze the reason of some problems, at the same time, and also provides suggestions and measures of the problems.
