摘要
实验选用唐古特大黄(Rheum tanguticum M axim.ex Regel.)种子萌发的无菌苗为外植体进行离体培养。结果表明,2mg/L的2,4-D最有利于愈伤组织的形成,但更高浓度的2,4-D会影响诱导效果;1mg/L的6-BA有利于愈伤组织的快速诱导,但单独的6-BA无诱导作用。
Seed germinated seedlings of Rheum tangutieum Maxim. ex Regel. were used as explants cultured in vitro to induce the callus. The experimental results showed that 2mg/L 2,4 - D was beneficial to the formation of callus, but higher concentration of 2,4 - D had bad effect on callus induction. 1 mg/L 6 - BA could accelerate the growth of the callus in the medium with 2,4 -D ,while 6 - BA eouldnt induce callus itself.
