摘要
介绍了卧螺离心机的主要特点以及在低浓度市政污泥脱水中的应用,探讨了差转速、污泥浓度对泥饼含固率,絮凝剂用量对固相回收率的影响。结果表明,低浓度市政污泥经离心脱水后平均泥饼含固率为23.28%,平均固相回收率为99.41%,处理量达到27m3/h。在卧螺离心机操作参数一定时,泥饼含固率随着差转速的减小而增大,随着污泥浓度的降低而降低。
The main characteristics of horizontal decanter centrifuge and its application in dewatering of low-concentration municipal sludge have been described. The effects of differential speed and the concentration of sludge on the solid content of cake as well as the effect of flocculant dosage on the recovery yield of solid have been discussed. The results showed that the average solid content of cake was 23.28%, the average recovery rate of solid was 99.41% and the capacity of treatment could be up to 27m3/h after dewatering of low- concentration municipal sludge. When other operating parameters were set-up, the solid content of cake would be increased with the decrease of differential speed and be decreased with the decrease of the concentration of sludge.
