摘要
目的探讨无创正压机械通气在慢性阻塞性肺疾病所致Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭中的治疗效果。方法查阅COPD所致的Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者共36例,比较应用无创正压机械通气及呼吸兴奋剂患者对于患者的症状、体征、低氧血症及二氧化碳潴留的疗效。结果应用无创正压机械通气技术可使患者的症状、体征、低氧血症及二氧化碳潴留在较短时间内恢复到较理想状态,与应用呼吸兴奋剂患者间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论应用无创正压机械通气技术可以明显缩短COPD所致Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者达到缓解期的时间,减少患者的住院时间及医疗资源的负担。
Objective To investigate the effect of non - invasive positive pressure ventilation （NIPPV） for type Ⅱ respiratory failure occurring in COPD. Methods Totally 36 cases （23 male cases and 3 female cases） of type Ⅱ respiratory failure occurring in COPD were reviewed in order to compare the effects between NIPPV and respiratory stimulant therapy in symptom, sign, hypoxemia, and carbon dioxide retention. Results NIPPV could make the patients recover to a satisfactory conditions in symptom, sign, hypoxemia and carbon dioxide retention in a short period, and there was a significant difference compared with respiratory stimulant therapy （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion NIPPV can remarkably shorten the time to remission of type Ⅱ respiratory failure occurring in COPD, reduce the hospitalized duration and the medical resources burden.
