摘要 目的观察防晕帽抗前庭自主神经反应的效果。方法①将40名飞行学员随机分为A组(试验组,戴防晕帽)和B组(对照组,不戴防晕帽),A组戴防晕帽后5min与B组同时进行科里奥利加速度试验,在设定的4min(或受试者感到明显恶心欲吐时举手示意)转椅停止,对受试者进行前庭自主神经反应打分并分度,并对两组结果进行χ2检验。②对另30名自愿受试者(28名飞行人员,2名女医务人员)进行科里奥利加速度试验,记录耐受时间(受试者感到明显恶心欲吐时举手示意,转椅停止),次日同一时间戴防晕帽后5min,进行科里奥利加速度试验,记录耐受时间,进行配对t检验。结果①试验组戴防晕帽,前庭自主神经反应轻,与不戴防晕帽的对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义。②戴防晕帽时受试者科里奥利加速度试验的耐受时间明显延长,与不戴防晕帽时相比,差异具有统计学意义。结论防晕帽确有一定的抗前庭自主神经反应的作用,为运动病的防控又增加了一种新的思路和方法。 Objective To investigate the effect of anti - sick hat on vestibular autonomic reaction. Methods ①Forty male student pilots were divided randomly to two groups: wearing anti - sick hat group (group A) and control group (group B). Group A were asked to wearing anti - sick hat five minutes before Coriolis acceleration test. Each subject was seated in the rotary chair four minutes or until the subject requested termination because of near- vomiting. Chi - squared test was used to determine the significance in the degree of vestibular autonomic reaction between group A and group B. ②Thirty volunteers (twenty - eight male pilots and two female medical workers) were rotated until the subject requested termination because of near- vomiting. The test was repeated at the same time of the next day after the subjects wore anti - sick hat for five minutes. The duration of rotation was used as an objective assessment of the degree of vestibular autonomic reaction in Coriolis acceleration test. And t- test was used to determine the significance before and during wearing anti - sick hat. Results ①The degree of vestibular autonomic reaction was significantly decreased in group A. ②The duration of rotation was significantly increased after wearing anti - sick hat in Coriolis acceleration test. Conclusion Anti- sick hat has a certain effect on decreasing the degree of vestibular autonomic reaction in Coriolis acceleration test. This is a new method and thinking for use against motion sickness.
