表达鸡γ-干扰素和传染性支气管病毒S1基因的重组鸡痘病毒疫苗对鸡外周血T淋巴细胞动态分布影响的研究 被引量:13

摘要 机体的免疫应答是一个复杂的生物学过程,它以体液和细胞免疫为主,二者相互影响,相互作用,而构成了一个动态整体。本研究通过FACS技术检测SPF鸡接种共表达IBVS1基因和鸡γ-干扰素基因的重组鸡痘病毒疫苗后外周血中CD4+、CD8+和TCRδγ+三种亚类T淋巴细胞的数量的变化,初步探讨了干扰素对鸡外周血中T淋巴细胞亚类动态分布的影响。结果表明,含有干扰素基因的重组鸡痘病毒能显著增高机体特异性的CD8+和TCRδγ+T淋巴细胞水平,CD4+T淋巴细胞比例则要低于其他的疫苗免疫组。 The immune response is a complicated process, it contains humoral immunity and cellular immunity, they affect each other and forms a dynamic system. In this study, FACS technique was used to detect the quantitative changes of CD4^+, CD8^+ and TCRγ^+ T lymphocyte in SPF chickens peripheral blood after inoculating recombinant fowlpox virus which co-expressing IBV S1 gene and ChIFNγ gene, in order to discuss the interferon's affection on T lymphocyte dynamic distribution in peripheral blood. The results showed that the recombinant fowlpox virus can boost the maturation of CD8^+ and TCRδγ^+ T lymphocyte, while decrease the ratio of CD4~T lymphocyte compared to other groups.
