摘要
检测384例健康老年吸烟者和176例健康老年非吸烟者血浆维生素C(P-VitC)、维生素E(P-VitE)、β-胡萝卜素(P-β-CAR)、过氧化脂质(P-LPO)含量和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)活性的结果表明,与非吸烟组比较,吸烟组的P-VitC、P-VitE、P-β-CAR和E-SOD平均值显著降低(P<0.001),而P-LPO平均值显著升高(P<0.001);82例61岁男性吸烟者P-VitC、P-VitE、P-β-CAR和E-SOD均随吸烟史及吸烟量的增加而降低,P-LPO随吸烟史及吸烟量的增加而升高,并均呈一定程度的直线相关(P<0.0001)。提示老年吸烟者体内的氧化和抗氧化平衡严重失调,氧自由基反应和脂质过氧化反应明显加剧。
The results of measuring the plasma vitamin C(P VitC),vitamin E (P VitE),β carotene (P β CAR),lipoperoxides (P LPO)contents and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (E SOD) activity of 384 healthy aged smokers and 176 healthy aged nonsmokers showed that the average P VitC,P VitE,P β CAR contents and E SOD activity of the smoker group were significantly lower than those of the nonsmoker group( P <0 001)and the average P LPO content of the smoker group was significantly higher than that of the healthy nonsmoker group ( P <0 001);82 smokers P VitC,P VitE,P β CAR and E SOD decreased as their smoking period and quantity increased ( P <0 001),and smokers P LPO content increased as their smoking period and quantity increased ( P <0 0001).It suggested that the balance between oxidation and antioxidation in the body of the smokers was apparently unbalanced and their oxygen free radical reaction and lipoperoxidation reaction significantly aggravated.
