摘要
用体外液体培养联合低分子天然抑瘤物净化骨髓移植物做自体骨髓移植治疗３例晚期恶性淋巴瘤伴骨髓侵犯，移植后均造血重建，白细胞恢复至〉１．０×１０＾９／Ｌ，１５，２１，１６天和血小板恢复至〉２０×１０＾９／Ｌ，时间为１８，３３，２９天。２例持续缓解，分别为４８及２９个月。１例ＡＢＭＴ后达到部分缓解并于１７个月后死于复发。
Three cases of lymphoma in late-stage with autologous bone marrow transplantation(ABMT) were purged by longterm bone marrow culture (LTBMC) and low molecular weight atural tumor suppressor (LMWNTS). All patients got rapid hematologic reconstruction in 15、21、16 days for WBC recovery≥l.0×10_(9)L and 18、33、29 days for platelet recovery≥20 X 10_(9)/L. Two cases got continuous complete remission(CR) with a median time of 48、33 months. One patient obtained partial remission and died of relapse 17 months after ABMT.
