摘要
对山东潍坊市8个县市328名麻风病人的膳食调查表明,其膳食构成以粮谷类和蔬菜类为主,水果类、鱼类、肉类和蛋奶类的摄入量均偏低,膳食视黄醇当量、钙和维生素B_2的摄入均不足,分别占应供给量的36.98%、43.51%和78.51%,其余营养素基本达到或超过了供给标准。
A survery of diet and nutrition in 328 cases of leprosy in eight counties of Weifang City,Shandong Province,showed that the staple foods for them are grains and vegetables with few of fruits, fish, meats, eggs and milk, and intake of retinol equivalent, calcium and ri-boflavin only just reached 36. 98% ,43. 5% and 78. 5% of the requirements respectively.
