摘要
通过对纺机锭脚的工艺性分析,提出了可行的冷挤压成形方案,即采用多工序冷挤压和钻孔的加工方法进行锭脚生产。以此为基础,设计了冷挤压模具并进行挤压试验,结果证明了该工艺的可行性。这对纺机锭脚其他类似零件的成形工艺及其模具设计具有一定的借鉴作用。
Through the analysis of technology for spindle-foot spindle of thread spinner,the projects of cold extrusion technology and forming process that drilling center hole and multiple cold extrusion,have been put forward. Upon this, the mould for parts has been designed and the result of experiment been tested to he true. It is certain that the application of cold extrusion process for spindle-foot spindle of thread spinner has a reference value to the forming of similar parts.
