摘要
目的：观察中药治疗眼睑带状疱疹的疗效。方法：２５例患者２５只眼分为中药组（１７例）和对照组（８例）。中药组用除湿汤加减内服、静脉滴注清开灵注射液。局部涂紫金锭及云南白药；对照西药组用螺旋霉素、聚肌胞及无环鸟苷。结果：中药组治愈１５例（８８．２４％），好转２例（１１．７６％），治疗天数７．１８±１．８５。西药组治愈７例（８７．５０％），好转１例（１２．５０％），治疗天数７．２５±１．７５。两组治愈率及治疗天数比较，差异均无显著性（Ｐ＞０．到。结论：用中药综合治疗眼睑带状疤疹是有效的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treat-ment of herpes zoster of the eyelid.METHODS:Twenty-flVe eyes of 25 patients were divided intoTCM groups(17 cases)and control group(8 cases).The patients treated with oral chushitang,intravenous dropping qingkailing and topical applying zijinding and yunnan baiyao in the TCMgroup,and with acetylspiramycin,poly I:C and aciclivir in control group.RESULTS:Fifteen eyes(88.24%)were cured and 2 eyes(11.76%)were improved in the TCM group with average treatingporiod of7.18 ±1.85 days.Seveneyes(87.50%)were cured and 1 eyes(12.50%)was improved aver-age period 7.25 ± 1.75 days in the control group.There were no signiflcant difference in curativerate and average treating period between two groups.CONCLUSIONS:The results indicate thecomprehensive treatment of herpes zoster of the eyelid with TCM is effective.
