摘要
以船用PA6-280柴油机为背景,通过柴油机主要运动部件以及轴系的建模与运动仿真,探索了柴油机隔振装置以及轴系在各种支承条件下的动力学特性;分析了船体结构在柴油机振动激励下的响应与受力;得到了柴油机的振动沿主轴承以及隔振装置向船体结构的传递特性。
With the diesel engine type PA6 - 280 as the background, the modeling and simulation of the main moving parts of the diesel are described. The dynamic characteristics of the diesel engine with its vibration isolation system and the shafting are discussed under different supporting conditions. The vibration response and the stress of the structure are analyzed. The vibration transmission properties of the isolation mounting from the main bearing of the diesel to the ship structure are investigated and revealed.
