摘要
重点学科建设是资源战略性分配的产物。由资源投入而赋予学科的内在规定性和外在要求,向我们展示了重点学科建设的经济特质;重点学科建设的本质就是智力生产,这个生产体系是由学科队伍、投入—产出、环境三大要素构成。而生产过程也是这三大要素相互作用的过程。其中,投入与产出是学科生产的基本矛盾;环境要素构成重点学科生产的条件;学科劳动力要素———“人”是推动学科“生产”的原动力。
The construction of key disciplines is a product of the allotment of the strategic investment of state resources. The resource investment that brings about the internal definition and the external requirement of the disciplines reveals to us the economic feature of the construction of key disciplines： the essence of the construction of key disciplines is an intellective production, which is made up of three major factors ： the intellective resources, the investment and production, and the available environment, The reciprocity of the three factors results from the process of the intellective production. The investment and production make the major contradiction of the construction of key disciplines; the available environment forms the conditions for the construction of key disciplines; and people, the element for discipline productivity, are the original work force for the promotion of disciplinary production.
