摘要
大学战略管理是大学实现跨越式发展必须引起重视的一个重要方面。本研究详细描述大学战略管理的三种基本模式,即菲利普.柯特勒与帕特里克.E.墨菲的“五阶段模式”、乔治.凯勒的“十阶段模式”及霍华德.戴维斯的“六步骤模式”,最后从各自的功用角度对三者进行简要的评析。
The strategic management is of great significance for a university to achieve its great stride forward. This paper summarizes respectively the three basic models of the Strategic Management in University brought forward by Philip Kotler ＆ Patrick E. Murphy, George Keller and Howard Davies, and comments briefly on them from the perspective of distinctive function.
