摘要
砂轮传感器拾取的振动信号是包含有大量噪声和其它周期成分的宽频信号,要实现精确平衡必须从中提取出与砂轮转速同频的不平衡振动信号,传统方法是采用模拟带通滤波器,其主要缺点是检波精度不高,另外对不同的磨床转速需要重新设计滤波器参数,通用性差。利用小波包对砂轮振动信号进行分解可以获得信号的时———频分布特性,对于分析以非稳态振动为特征的砂轮不平衡信号提供了有效的分析手段。文中给出了利用小波包进行砂轮不平衡信号提取的应用实例,并与其它信号提取方法进行了比较,显著提高了检波的精度。
The vibration signal of grinding wheel has quantity of noise and the broadband signal with other been extracted is the signal that includes a large period composition, we must extract the grinding wheel signal turning with the same frequency if wanting realized precision balance, traditional method is adopt simulation with a bandpass filter, its main weakness is the accuracy is not high, it need to be designed a filter parameter to different grinding wheel machines, and the general usefulness is bad. Make use of the wavelet pack to decompose the grinding wheel vibrate signal can obtain the good frequency characteristic of the signal, the signal is provided that is an effective way to analyze the unbalanced signal of the grinding wheel which vibrate with unsteady state . The text inside gives an applied example to make use of the accuracy wavelet pack extracted the grinding wheel unbalance signal, We have compared with other signal extracted method, experimental result showed the increased precision of the extracted signal.
