摘要
为了更好地掌握聚乙烯醇(PVA)平均聚合度的波动规律,通过单因素法研究了聚合温度、聚合反应时间、甲醇用量配比和引发剂用量配比等因素对PVA平均聚合度的影响。结果表明,PVA聚合度随甲醇和引发剂用量配比的增加而升高,随聚合时间却表现出先升后降的现象。
In order to master the waving discipline of PVA average degree of polymerization, the effects of reation temperature, time and amount of methanol and solicitation on PVA average degree of polymerization were studied in this paper through the single factor methoel. The average degree of polymerization increases with the increase of the amount of methanol and solicitation, and it increases at the beginning but some time later decreases with time.
