摘要
目的探讨丁基苯酞软胶囊NBP(恩必普)治疗缺血性脑血管疾病(ICVD)的的临床疗效和安全性。方法对69例ICVD患者,治疗组37例在常规治疗基础上予丁基苯酞软胶囊,200 mg tid po,对照组32例(常规组)予红花注射液,40 ml qd。结果两组治疗前和治疗后14 d的神经功能评分差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前后实验室检查数据无显著改变。结论丁基苯酞软胶囊治疗缺血性脑血管疾病疗效显著,且安全性好。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of dl-3-butylphthalide in the treatment of acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases （ICVD）. Methods 69 cases of ICVD were randomly divided into treatment group （37 cases treated with dl-3- butylphthalide 200 mg tid po and routine therapy） and control group（32cases treated with routine therapy HongHua injection 40 ml qd）. Results Significant difference was shown in the assessment of NIHSS（ National Institutes of Health Stroke Survey）on the first day and 14th day , No significant difference was shown in the laboratory data of the therapy group before and after the treatment. Conclusions It appears to be effective and safe in the treatment of ICVD with dl-3-butylphthalide.
