摘要
我们建立了犬脑干缺血模型,以BAEP和组织病理(光镜和电镜)改变作指标,观察了氟桂嗪(FNZ)对脑干缺血性损伤的保护作用。结果发现,对照组BAEP和病理恢复率分别是35.7%和32.1%,而FNZ保护组的恢复率分别是69.6%和64.3%,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。表明FNZ对犬脑干缺血确有较好的保护作用。
To evaluate protective effects of flunarizine(FNZ) on ischemic brainstem injuries,we established brainstem ischemia models in dogs and observed the changes of BAEP and histopathology.Results showed that after 12h ischemia,recovery ratios of BAEP and pathologic outcome were 35.7% and 32.1% respectively in control groups,while in FNZ groups,69.6% and 64.3% respectively.There were significant difference between FNZ treated group and control group ( P <0.01).It suggests that FNZ has protective effect on ischemic brainstem injuries.
