摘要
目的:对红细胞生成素胶原蛋白双层微条的体外释放特性进行研究。方法:采用浸泡释放法,用HPLC法测定释放液中红细胞生成素的量,计算不同时间点的累积释放百分率。结果:单层微条和双层微条中的红细胞生成素分别在第4天和第7天完全释放。结论:双层微条的释放平稳,具有显著的缓释效果。
Objective： To investigate in vitro release characteristics of collagen double layer minipellet of erythropoietin （EPO）. Methods： The minipellets were dipped in PBS release medium and HPLC method was used to determine the EPO content of the release medium and to calculate the cumulative release rate of EPO. Results： The cumulative release of EPO from single layer minipellet and double layer minipellet reached 100% within 4 days and 7 days, respectively. Conclusion： The release of EPO from double layer minipellet is sustained and steady.
