摘要
青年思想政治工作是党的思想政治工作的重要组成部分。在现代企业制度下,企业面对诸多挑战。时代赋予青年思想政治工作许多新的特点。青年思想政治工作要想取得成效,必须紧紧围绕创新来做文章,探索出新办法,开拓出新路子,力求在工作观念、内容、机制、方法、手段上取得突破,使青年思想政治工作在改革和创新中取得新发展。
Ideological and political work among young people constitutes an important component in the Party＇ s ideological and political work. In the presence of the modem enterprise system, enterprises face plenty of challenges, and the times make ideological and political work among young people be imbued with many new characteristics. To raise the efficiency of the ideological and political work , it is essential to make our attention and efforts centred on innovation.
