摘要
创建学习型高校,高校管理主体要依据高等教育目的和规律,调动一切可以调动的人力资源因素,充分发挥管理主客体的积极性,使主客体要素实现从个体学习、团队学习到组织学习的飞跃,提高组织学习力,在实现共同愿景的基础上不断获得新的增长点,从而在市场竞争中持续获得核心竞争优势。创建学习型高校重在观念的更新,强化师生为本服务意识,发挥团队人才的集体智慧,构建和谐校园和学习型校园,努力提升核心竞争能力。
To build up a learning university in accordance with the objects and principles of higher education, the administrative body of the school must use all its available human resources to achieve the goal of the change from individual to group and finally to organization studies so that a common will could be reached and thereby to obtain a sustainable superiority of core competence in the market competitions. The key to the construction lies in the conversion of concepts, the sense of teachers- and students-orientation, the use of the collective intelligence, and the development of a harmonious learning campus.
