中小型高校图书馆应立足于现有条件,整合与利用好现有的数字资源,建立起经济、实用的数字资源保障体系,为本校用户提供优质高效的知识信息服务。
The small and medium-sized universities libraries should establish a firm foothold on the existing conditions, integrate and utilize existing digital resources, construct an economic and practical safeguard system of digital resources, and provide the high quality and highly effectiveness information service for the university users.
