摘要
目的观察小鼠感染都匀亚洲带绦虫和从江牛带绦虫后血清免疫学指标的动态变化。方法取新鲜都匀亚洲带绦虫和从江牛带绦虫孕节,分别用生理盐水洗净,置37℃水浴箱孵化成六钩蚴,经皮下或腹腔接种小鼠。分别于感染后40、60、75 d取血作免疫学检查。结果两实验组小鼠感染六钩蚴后血清免疫球蛋白均升高,其中IgM在感染后40 d达高峰,之后开始下降;IgG、IgA在感染后60 d达高峰,之后下降;补体C3、C4水平下降,至感染后75 d,都匀亚洲带绦虫感染组和从江牛带绦虫感组分别下降82.8%和77.5%;检查两组小鼠血白细胞总数及分类,除嗜酸性粒细胞比例升高外其余无明显改变。结论免疫抑制小鼠感染都匀亚洲带绦虫和从江牛带绦虫后血清免疫学指标均发生显著改变,符合免疫应答规律。但从江牛带绦虫感染小鼠后,免疫学指标变化更明显。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of the immune index in mice experimentally infected with Taenia saginata asiatica and Taenia saginata. Methods The fresh tape worms collected from patients of Duyun and Congiiang areas were rinsed with normal saline and water, then kept at 37 ℃ for incubation oncosphere. The mice were hypodermically infected with oncosphere. Immune index in the infected mice were detected post infection of 40, 60 and 75 days. Results The level of Ig of both groups of the mice rose after infection, and the IgM reached the maximum at day 40 after infection, then decreased. The IgG and IgA reached the maximum at day 60, then decreased. The level of C3and C4 decreased, at day 75 after infection, the index of the mice infected with T. saginata asiatica in Duyun decreased 82.8 % and 77.5% for the mice infected with T. saginata in Congjiang. Examination of the blood cells" number and kind indicated that only the eosinophils" rate increased. Conclusion The immune index changed significantly in mice injected by T. saginata asiatica in Duyun and T. saginata in Congjiang, which accorded with the immune response law. But the immune index in the mice iniected by T. saginata asiatica in Congjiang changed more significantly.
