摘要
通过采取观察、访谈、查阅资料、统计分析等方法对武汉市养老机构的发展现状进行调查,旨在促进武汉市养老机构的可持续发展。研究表明目前武汉市养老机构存在着基础设施差、服务水平低、收费偏高等问题,提出改变这种状况需要提高进入门槛、统筹规划合理布局及提高管理水平、促进服务队伍专业化。
In order to improve the endowmeht institutions＇ sustainable development of Wuhan, we adopted all kinds of methods to investigate the developing situation of Wuhan city＇s endowment institution, such as observation, interview, consulting information, statistical analysis etc. Research indicates that there are many problems existing in Wuhan＇s endowment institution, such as poor infrastructure, poor service level and high fees. This paper provided that in order to change the present situation, we should raise the entrance threshold, make overall planning, establish reasonable structure, improve management level and promote the service teams be more specialized.
