摘要
目的:比较手用不锈钢K型锉根管预备方法和机用镍钛P rofile根管预备方法对单根管前磨牙根管清洁能力的差异。方法:将5颗离体单根管前磨牙开髓、拔髓后分为5组,1组作为对照,不做任何处置,其余4组分别采用手用K型锉根管预备;手用K型锉根管预备并去除涂层;机用P rofile根管预备;机用P rofile根管预备并去除涂层。然后做扫描电镜观察并拍照记录结果。结果:机用镍钛P rofile比手用不锈钢K型锉的根管清理效果强,与辅助性的化学性根管预备相结合可达到最佳清洁效果。结论:机用镍钛P rofile加用EDTA对根管清洁能力最高。
Objective;To compare the cleanliness of the single root canal premolar walls prepared by stainless steel K file and profile rotatory device. Methods： Five extracted single canal premolars were randomly divided into five groups. One group was used as control. The rest four groups were prepared with K file and profile rotatory device with or without 15%AEDTA ,respectively. After that, the root canal was processed for SEM observation and photos were taken for the record results. Results： Profile rotatory device could produce cleaner root canal walls than the K file and would get the best cleaning effect combined with EDTA. Conclusions ：The profile rotatory device added 15%EDTA gets the cleanest effect.
