白藜芦醇对人肝癌细胞系HepG2抑制作用的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察白藜芦醇(R es)对体外培养的人肝癌细胞系H epG 2生长增殖的影响。方法:采用M TT法、流式细胞仪分析R es对肝癌细胞系H epG 2细胞生长的影响及其细胞周期的变化,并且检测端粒酶的活性。结果:R es对肝癌细胞系H epG 2的增殖具有抑制作用,IC50为5.91m g/L,流式细胞仪显示,R es能引起肝癌细胞系H epG 2细胞的S期阻滞,R es也能显著地抑制端粒酶的活性。结论:R es通过改变肝癌细胞系H epG 2细胞的细胞周期分布来抑制人肝癌细胞系H epG 2细胞的生长。 Objective: To measure the effect of resveratrol on the hepatoma cell line HepG2 ceils cultured in vitro. Methods: We used MTT assay and flow cytometry to examine the effect of resveratrol on the hepatoma cell line HepG2 cell growth and the change of cell cycle of HepG2 cells, and detected telomerase activities. Results: Resveratrol had inhibitory action on the proliferation of hepatoma cell line HepG2, with IC50 of 5.91mg/L, flow cytometry analysis revealed that resveratrol could induce the S phase arrest of hepatoma cell line HepG2 and had an obvious depressant effect on telomerase activities. Conclusion: Resveratrol has obvious anti-tumor activities on murine hepatoma HepG2 by inducing S phase arrest.
