摘要
国外的官德建设与其现代化建设进程是紧密相联的,它主要体现在先进的管理理念,规范的、具有操作性的规章制度,科学的官德教育手段和良好的公民道德基础等。我们总结国外官德教育的成功经验,通过比较和借鉴促进我国官德建设,这在理论和实践上都是非常有益的。
Foreign official moral education is closely connected with their construction of modernization, which is characterized by its advancement in its managerial concept, standardized and serviceable regulations, its scientific measures of education, and its sound foundation of civi virtue. It is of both theoretical and practical significances for us to make an analysis of the features and the success of foreign official moral education in an attempt to promote ours through a comparison and to use foreign experiences for reference.
