摘要
某型机翼内翼结构布局优化模型,包括两类设计变量:位置变量和尺寸变量。本文利用PCL语言实现了在MSC.PATRAN环境下的参数化建模,以最小重量为目标函数,在强度和位移约束条件下,利用网格法进行位置寻优,并使用MSC.NASTRAN软件给出了最优尺寸变量。通过计算表明,本方法效率较高,结构重量稳定下降,优化效果明显。可以解决此类工程问题,具有一定的实用价值。
A certain structure optimization design model that contains both position variables and size variables were given in this paper. The object function and constrain condition is structure weight and strength or displacement constraints. With the PCL (PATRAN Command Language) , this paper develops the FEA parameter model based on MSC.PATRAN; with the gridding-method, the best position was gotten, and at the same time, we get the best sizes by the MSC.NASTRAN. The results indicate that the precision of results obtained by these methods satisfy the requirement of engineering applications; the method in this paper have good effect, hign convergent speed.
