摘要
本文首先介绍了环境例行试验及其作用,给出了环境例行试验在某型号产品上的应用实例,指出了环境例行试验的不足之处。之后介绍了环境应力筛选及其在某型号产品上的应用效果。通过对比指出应积极推行环境应力筛选,尽量不进行环境例行试验。
This paper introduces environmental routine test and its effect at first, gives an application example in delivering a product, and points out its deficiency. Secondly inducts environmental stress screening, and gives an example about its application. Finally suggests we should implement environmental stress screening in delivering product instead of environmental routine test.
