摘要
根据压电超声电机响应快,运行安静等特点设计了一套用于生物医学实验的微机控制的压电式超声电机高精度闭环位置控制系统。采用PI控制算法,既实现高精度的定位需要,又方便了非专业实验人员在实验时进行微调。硬件组成简单,便于该类电机在其它领域的推广应用。
In this paper, the development of a computer controlled piexo manipulation system for biomedical applications such as intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is presented. The hardware setup and the control strategies are designed with a view to carry out the required process with better efficiency as compared to other manual-based injection methods.
