摘要
为解决直线超声电机动态设计的难度,提出一种方环状直线行波超声电机振子。采用有限元数值方法分析了该种振子可以利用的面内弯曲模态,给出了对边两两激励的一种对称模式,并就所研制的振子模型,进行了实验研究。数值分析与实验结果证实了振子结构的可行性。该类振子的结构对称性为超声电机的动态优化设计提供了方便。此外,振子4个驱动梁的更换使用,可成倍提高超声电机的使用寿命。
In order to resolve the design of linear ultrasonic motor, this paper presnts a square ring type stator of traveling wave linear ultrasonic motor. Based on FEM the bending vibration modals in the plane of this stator are analyzed and the symmetrical characteristic of this stator is given and the stator prototype is experimental investigated. The stator structure feasibility is verified using the numerical analysis and experimental results. The symmetry structure makes it easy to modal optimum design of ultrasonic motor. The durability of the ultrasonic motor can be multiple improved by using alternate four driving beams of the stator.
