摘要
江苏高校科技服务的发展过程大体上划分为四个阶段：萌芽阶段（19821984年），特征为组建机构、冲破束缚、培训为主；起步阶段（1985－1987年），特征为组建网络、抵制冲击论、全面探索；发展阶段（1988－1990年），特征为调整经营方针、拓宽服务方式、孕育科技企业；提高阶段（1991现在），特征为抓热点展开研讨、抓重点强化管理。
The course of Jiangsu collgeiate S&T service canbe roughly divided wito four periods: Embryonic Period(1982-1984),Characeterized by constructing mistitutes,smashing bonds and emphasizing training;Starting Period(1985- 1987),characterized by constracting network, resisting blast and making all-round exploration; Developing Period(1988-1990),(1991- ),characterized by making research and disaussion on hot boints and stengthening management on key points.
