摘要
本文通过建立数量经济模型，集中分析了我国内陆与沿海地区间在新的不完备市场条件下创新扩散的决策机制，并依模型对其政策含义给予了讨论。
Using economic modeling methods,this paper focuses itsanalysis on the decision making of innovation diffusion be-tween two districts in the period of economic restructure in China,and finally the implication of the model as given.
