摘要
走和平发展的道路,这是社会主义中国的战略选择。东盟与中国地域相连,在历史文化上又有特殊的渊源,是影响中国周边环境最重要的因素之一。加强与东盟的战略合作可以为中国的和平发展构筑一个和谐稳定的地缘政治经济环境。但东盟组织本身内部的脆弱性、双方经济互补性不足以及东盟对中国缺乏足够的政治信任对双方的战略合作形成了一定的消极影响。对此,中国要采取相应的策略和措施,加强经济上的合作与协调、政治上的沟通与互信,消除阻碍深化战略合作的阻碍因素,以确保中国和平发展战略的实现。
ASEAN takes a key position among the factors in the strategy of China＇s peaceful development. In order to create a peaceful development environment, China must strengthen the cooperation with ASEAN. It is beneficial to dispel the misgivings to China＇s rising, to break the strategic surrounding by the US and to safeguard the passageway of China petroleum. The establishment of ASEANFTA can combine the interests of China＇s and ASEAN together. The cooperation between China and ASEAN is one of the most important factors to China peaceful development. So China must take measures to dispel the obstacles to the cooperation between China and ASEAN.
