摘要
某种公有制的实现形式在现实经济中的生存权利与发展前景,最终还要由效率标准决定。通过对目前主要公有制实现形式效率的比较表明,在目前环境状态下提高公有制企业的效率,产权结构和治理结构的重建,首先要处理好与政府(及其机构)的关系,既能得到它们的支持又要摆脱其行政干预;其次是要适应市场变化,能够对市场变化作出灵敏的反应。
The development of a realization form of public ownership depends fundamentally on its efficiency. Through comparing the efficiency of major contemporary realization forms of public ownership, we find that, to improve the efficiency of the public-owned enterprises, it is important for them to improve their relations with the various levels of government. Moreover, these enterprises need also react readily to market change.
