摘要
目的探讨儿童胫骨髁间前嵴撕脱骨折关节镜下复位、内固定的方法。方法对12例儿童胫骨髁间前嵴撕脱骨折移位患者,于关节镜下行骨折复位,在前交叉韧带定位器引导下,于胫骨结节旁内上侧,向关节腔内作骨隧道,把PDS-Ⅱ缝线经骨隧道导出关节外,打结固定。结果全部病例均获治愈,平均随访23个月(6～50个月),膝关节活动均正常,X线片显示骨折愈合。结论关节镜下骨折复位是治疗儿童胫骨髁间前嵴撕脱骨折的一种简单、创伤小、疗效好的方法。
Objective To explore a new tee hnique under arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation for treatment of avulsion fracture of the tibial intercondylar anterior eminence. Methods From May 2001 to Oct 2005, 12 suffering patients from avulsion fractures of the tibial eminence were treated. With the help of arthroscope, reduction and PDS- H suture fixation of anterior cruciate ligament or of the avulsion fracture were performed. Taking advantage of ACL-aimer, PDS- Ⅱ suture was be pulled out through bone tunnels and tied out-side the joint. Results All patients were followed-up for 6- 50 months （mean 23 months） and gained normal range of movement and anterior stability. Radiographys showed that all fractures were well reduced. Conclusion Under arthroscope is a simple and effective minimal invasional surgical procedure for the avulsion fracture of the tibial eminence.
