摘要
从管理的角度，分析了制约我国经济发展的原因，提出了加强企业管理科学化，建立现代企业管理新模式的设想．
Analysing the reason for restricting economic progress in our country from the point of management,the paper believes the condition of raising the management level is higher and higher ,and presents the idea of establishing a new model for management in modern enterprises to strengthen the management scientifically.
