从发病仔猪呼吸道检测出猪腺病毒 被引量：5

摘要 根据猪腺病毒六邻体保守区域设计两对引物,用Nested-PCR的方法从送检的发病仔猪的呼吸道分泌物中扩增出两个核酸片段。通过基因克隆、序列测定和序列比较,发现这两个核酸片段与猪腺病毒5型和3型的相应片段同源性最高,分别为97.4%和95.3%。证实发病仔猪呼吸道存在猪腺病毒的感染。为下一步猪腺病毒的分离及猪腺病毒表达载体的构建打下基础。
