摘要
贯流风机的,设计由于缺少成熟的方法,其生产尚主要依靠测绘的手段。通过对贯流风机叶轮内气流情况的分析,探讨了贯流风机的特殊性,试图寻找出贯流风机的设计途径,并以此为根据,设计了一种贯流风机。同日本样机作了对比试验,性能略优。说明所使用的方法是可行的。
Through analysis of flow conditions inside the vane wheel of the fan, explores its flow behaviour, then derives some design procedures and makes a sample machine. Compares it with a Japanese counterpart, finding the former better in performance.
