未破裂型输卵管妊娠与妊娠黄体的经阴道彩色多普勒超声鉴别被引量：7

Transvaginal-CDFI in the Differential Diagnosis of Unruptured Tubal Pregnancy and Corpus Luteum of Pregnancy

摘要目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TV-CDFI)对未破裂型输卵管妊娠(UTP)与妊娠黄体的鉴别诊断价值。方法运用TV-CDFI对临床确诊的未破裂型输卵管妊娠的二维声像图、血供分布及血流动力学参数进行检测,并与宫内早孕合并的妊娠黄体作对照性分析。结果未破裂型输卵管妊娠的二维声像图以“输卵管环”为特征性表现。“输卵管环”与妊娠黄体在二维声像图、血供分布及血流动力学方面均存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论TV-CDFI是鉴别“输卵管环”与妊娠黄体的有效方法,有助于未破裂型输卵管妊娠的早期诊断。 Objective This paper was designed to discuss the value of transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging （TV-CDFI） in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of unruptured tubal pregnancy （UTP） and corpus luteum of pregnancy. Methods This was a retrospective analysis of the two-dimensional sonography, blood supply distribution and hemodynamics of clinical definited UTP with TV-CDFI, compared to that of the corpus luteum in pre-early intrauterine pregnancy stage. Results The ＂tubal ring ＂ was the distinctive appearance in the two-dimensional sonography of UTP, which had significant statistical differences with corpus luteum of pregnancy in the two-dimensional sonography, blood supply distribution and hemodynamics （P〈0. 91）. Conclusions TV-CDFI is an effective method to differentiate ＂ tubal ring＂ and corpus luteal of pregnancy. It is useful in early diagnosis of UTP.
