摘要
目的:评价硅油填充眼的白内障超声乳化手术的治疗效果。方法:对30例(30眼)玻璃体切割术后硅油填充眼患者实施白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术,观察术后视力、并发症等。结果:术后3mo最佳矫正视力≥0.1共22眼,视力增进2行以上者22眼,占73%,术后2例再次出现视网膜脱离。结论:硅油填充眼并发白内障的治疗中,超声乳化手术虽然手术难度较大,但仍是最安全有效的方法,能使患者达到或接近玻璃体切割术后的最佳视力。
AIM： To evaluate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in the eyes with silicone oil tamponade.
METHODS： Thirty eyes of cataract with silicone oil taemponade were performed with phacoemulsification combining with IOL implantation. The visual acuities and complications were observed. RESULTS： In the third month after operation, the visual acuity in 22 eyes were ≥ 0.1 and that of 22 eyes were improved two lines （73%）. Two cases were presented the detachment of retina after operation.
CONCLUSION： Phacoemulsification is the most effective and safe method for the cataract after silicone oil tamponade.
